HUMANIORA (January 3, 2026) The long-standing dedication and service of the civil servants of the Faculty of Humanities at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang have once again received national recognition. A total of fifteen civil servants from the Faculty of Humanities were awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medal of Honor by the President of the Republic of Indonesia in appreciation of their loyalty, integrity, and sustained performance in carrying out their duties as public servants.

The presentation of the Satyalancana Karya Satya certificates was conducted by the Head of the Bureau of General Administration, Planning, and Finance (AUPK) of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Dr. H. Muhtar Hazawawi, M.Ag., on the sidelines of the 80th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (2026), which took place at the main field of Campus I, UIN Malang, on Saturday (January 3).

From the Faculty of Humanities, Drs. H. Basri, M.A., Ph.D., received the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medal of Honor.
XXX and Abdul Rohman, M.Hum., received the 20-Year Satyalancana Karya Satya Award in recognition of their two decades of consistent service. Meanwhile, thirteen other civil servants were conferred the 10-Year Satyalancana Karya Satya Award, namely Dr. Yayuk Widyastuti Herawati, S.Pd., M.Pd.; Lina Hanifiyah, S.S., M.Pd.; Suchaimi; Abdul Rohman, M.Hum.; Dr. Abdul Muntaqim Al Anshory, S.Hum., M.Pd.; Dr. Abdul Basid, S.S., M.Pd.; Moh. Zawawi, M.Pd.; Muhammad Hasyim, M.A.; Muhammad Edy Thoyib, S.S., M.A.; Dr. Penny Respati Yurisa, M.Pd.; Dien Nur Chotimah, M.Pd.; Agung Wiranata Kusuma, M.A.; and Agwin Degaf, S.S., M.A.
Para penerima tersebut menerima penghargaan bersama 78 ASN lainnya di lingkungan UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
Appreciation was expressed by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Prof. Dr. M. Faisol, M.A., for the achievement attained by the entire academic community of the Faculty of Humanities. He conveyed his pride in the accomplishments of the faculty’s civil servants, whom he regarded as having demonstrated exemplary dedication and professional excellence in their service.
“This award serves as a reflection of the quiet dedication carried out with consistency and responsibility. May this achievement become a source of motivation for the entire academic community of the Faculty of Humanities to continuously enhance performance, work ethic, and the quality of academic services,” he stated.
The conferment of the Satyalancana Karya Satya award is expected not only to serve as a form of personal recognition, but also to strengthen a culture of integrity, dedication, and excellence in service within the Faculty of Humanities at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. [al]
