Unit ini berfungsi sebagai pusat komunikasi publik yang memastikan seluruh kegiatan, capaian, serta layanan akademik dan non-akademik dapat tersampaikan kepada sivitas akademika maupun masyarakat luas melalui berbagai kanal, seperti laman website resmi, media sosial, serta publikasi kelembagaan lainnya.
